Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach represents a historic milestone in branded luxury living: the world's first standalone Waldorf Astoria residential development. Rising 28 stories on two acres of direct Atlantic oceanfront at 1350 S. Ocean Boulevard, this landmark tower brings the legendary Waldorf Astoria name to Pompano Beach in a purely residential format with no hotel component.
Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, the building offers 92 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms, with interiors designed by the internationally acclaimed firm BAMO. Additional design contributions come from KORA and landscape architecture by Enea. Every residence features floor-to-ceiling marble bathrooms, terrazzo flooring, double Italian vanities with Dornbracht fixtures, custom freestanding bathtubs, and a fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package.
