Developed by Related Group with a $350 million total project investment, Andare represents the first luxury condominium on Fort Lauderdale's most iconic boulevard in nearly 20 years.
The tower's design is by Pininfarina, the legendary Italian design house renowned for shaping Ferrari, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo. The building features a wave-like undulating facade inspired by the "American Riviera," with CFE Architects as architect of record, Architectural Alliance Landscaping, and Beauchamp Construction as general contractor. The $230.8 million construction loan was provided by Apollo/Athene, underscoring institutional confidence in the project.
Andare offers 163 residences with five units per floor, each with private elevator access and an entry foyer. Residences range from 1,812 to 4,320+ square feet of interior space, with two- to four-bedroom layouts and a signature Marquee Penthouse exceeding 6,000 square feet.
