Our Commitment
Manhattan Miami Real Estate LLC is committed to making manhattanmiami.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. Our goal is for the Site to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We have not yet achieved full conformance. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and review the Site regularly as content and technology change.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labels.
- Alternative text for meaningful images, including listing and building photography.
- Sufficient color contrast in our site design and legible, scalable typography.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and forms.
- Descriptive link text and consistent, predictable navigation across the Site.
- Periodic accessibility reviews of new templates and high traffic pages, with remediation incorporated into our development work.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third party listing search and IDX widgets, which display data from the REBNY RLS and the Miami MLS, are supplied by outside vendors and may not meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion.
- Embedded third party content such as maps, video players, scheduling tools, and messaging tools may have accessibility gaps that we do not control.
- Some older documents and PDF files may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
Where a third party component is not accessible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the same information or service through an accessible channel, including by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
