Every residence at Sage is a flow-through floor plan, spanning the full width of the tower with dual east-west exposure. With only two residences per floor and private or semi-private elevator foyers, the building delivers a level of exclusivity rarely found in Fort Lauderdale. Standard residences range from 2,754 to 5,033 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms priced from approximately $2.9 million at roughly $1,300 per square foot.
