Architecture is by Arquitectonica with landscape design by ArquitectonicaGEO, while interiors are crafted by the acclaimed Dutch design firm Studio Piet Boon, bringing European sophistication to every residence. Coastal Construction serves as general contractor.

Eleven private boat slips accommodate the waterfront lifestyle. With over 50% of units under contract, Rosewood Residences broke ground in December 2024 and is expected to deliver in early 2027.
