Jade Signature stands at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Herzog & de Meuron designed the tower, with interiors by PYR led by Pierre-Yves Rochon and landscape architecture by Raymond Jungles. The project combines a tall residential form with an unusually direct relationship between the entrance, pool and beach. The developer records its opening in 2018.

The residences

Terraces are an important part of the design, but compare the actual apartment plan rather than judging from the facade alone. A flow-through residence and a home with a different orientation can provide very different light and privacy. Ask for the current floor plan, interior dimensions and any renovation records before comparing asking prices.

Sunny Isles Beach location

This is an Atlantic oceanfront location in Sunny Isles Beach, a separate municipality north of Miami Beach and Surfside. Test the daily trips that matter to you, including shopping, dining and airport access. Beach access does not answer the separate question of how well the neighborhood suits your routine.
