Located in sight of the former Bal Harbour Beach Club, the Oceana Bal Harbour is the only fully residential building in the exclusive village that sits directly parallel to 400 feet of stunning white sand beaches. Bal Harbour is a separate municipality with distinct zoning, its own police force and a population under 3,000. The community maintains some of South Florida's strictest height limits and density controls. Combined with limited developable land, these controls produce structural scarcity that supports long-term ultra-luxury pricing.
Oceana Bal Harbour features two permanent monumental Jeff Koons sculptures installed on the property — including a major piece from the Antiquity series. Few residential developments globally maintain permanent installations from blue-chip contemporary artists, distinguishing Oceana within the branded-residence and trophy-tower competitive set.
Bal Harbour Shops is reported as North America's highest-grossing luxury retail center by sales-per-square-foot. Walking proximity to flagship Hermès, Chanel, Cartier, Dior and Saint Laurent stores produces a lifestyle-amenity factor that meaningfully supports Bal Harbour residential pricing versus comparable oceanfront municipalities.

Designed by Arquitectonica and world-famous Italian designer Piero Lissoni, the building's 28-story contemporary, art-infused spaces all speak of enriching yet serene glamour. The floor-to-ceiling windows and flow-through layouts help fuse the grand interiors with Bal Harbour's natural outdoor beauty to capture the play of light from sunrise to sunset. The five-story breezeway is highlighted by stunning commissioned art pieces showcasing gold and silver contemporary sculptures, while the tranquil reflecting pools and classical gardens were inspired by 17th-century European palatial estates.
Famed Italian architect and art director Piero Lissoni is a founding partner of Lissoni Associati and Graph.x. He has designed such notable locations as the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem, the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Tokyo, and the primary suites of the Taj Palace Hotel in Mumbai. His designs at the Oceana Bal Harbour include the grand lobby which features European palatial-inspired artistry.
Mr. Lissoni graduated from Milan Polytechnic in 1978.
