During the past five years, Ricardo has really has become a foreign buyer expert, focusing his time and energy on foreign buyers, who have unique needs and wants and who are underserved by other agents that don’t truly understand the issues facing a foreign buyer. At his clients’ urging, he became licensed in Florida, where he has been in the business since 2005, and now sells in both markets. Ricardo has sold New York City and Miami real estate to foreign buyers of many different nationalities including: Belgian, Dutch, French, Italian, Swiss, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Luxembourgish, German, Greek, Chinese, Singaporean, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Mexican, Chilean, Colombian, Argentinian, and, of course, Brazilian.
