SLS LUX Brickell in Miami is the brainchild of The Related Group, The Allen Morris Company and Sam Nazarian – who runs the SLS Hotels, knows how to expertly combine world-class décor, luxury lifestyle amenities, and global concierge services.
This unique LED façade building, designed by Arquitectonica, will rise 57-stories and feature 450 luxury condominiums and 84 designer suites. “Designed to Indulge the Senses,” residences have high-design interiors by Yabu Pushelberg (think St. Regis and W-Hotel). SLS LUX Brickell will feature private elevators and tons of amenities and services, including rooftop pool on the 57th floor, sky lounge on the 44th and 45th floors, expansive terrace with pools, tennis court, fitness center and lounge on the 9th floor, museum quality art throughout the common areas, butler services and various luxury on-demand hotel services. The ground floor will host a destination restaurant by Katsuya Uechi and the S Bar and lounge.
Besides the high-style design, what makes this project so interesting is that SLS LUX Brickell will be steps away from Brickell CityCentre, Miami’s future high-end retail shopping mall with restaurants and a large office component. The Brickell neighborhood is Miami’s financial center and Miami’s most sophisticated downtown neighborhood full of corporate headquarters, top international financial institutions, foreign consulates and a number of luxury developments.
Prices at SLS LUX Brickell averaged $600 per square foot at launch in May 2014. Occupancy is expected in 2017.
