Pritzker-prize winning architect, Zaha Hadid, will grace Miami with her first contemporary sculpture in the Western Hemisphere, 1000 Museum, located at 1000 Biscayne Blvd. between 900 Biscayne and Ten Museum Park. With only 83 “museum –quality residences” over 60 stories, these full- and half-floor homes will be something Miami hasn’t seen before.
The building’s unique external skeleton design means that the apartments will not have beams, structures or other elements that restrict how floors and walls can be laid out, allowing owners to create some very creative floor plans. Every residence at 1000 Museum will feature 10- to 20 foot ceiling heights and multiple over-sized terraces. Unusual for Miami, units are being designed fully-finished, including flooring, custom closets and high-end lighting.
Amenities abound at 1000 Museum. With over 30,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, including rooftop Aquatic Center and Sky Lounge, spa, 3 parking spaces per home, and a Helipad on the rooftop (already approved by the FAA)!
Half and Full-floor apartments with floorplans from 4,600 to 9,900 sq. ft. are priced from $5 million to $15 million. Occupancy for 1000 Museum is anticipated for 2016.
