We have been obsessed with Zaha Hadid’s first New York Luxury Condo project, located along the High Line at 520 W 28 Street, ever since we first heard about it a few years ago. Zaha Hadid, the only female Pritzker Prize winner, is one of the most talked about architects in the world, having a very distinctive personal design aesthetic that eschews typical rectangles and squares that define most architecture. Inside and out, the space-age building in West Chelsea features organic shapes that result in a very attractive and one-of-a-kind design; even much of the glass curtain wall has rounded corner glass details.
Zaha Hadid New York Luxury condo has officially launched sales and the showroom is now open. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the project and we are even more excited about it now after seeing what Zaha Hadid has created. Guaranteed, when this building is completed, it will be one of the most talked about condo buildings in the city, even rivaling those ultra-tall towers on 57 Street completed in 2016.
The super-luxury boutique building will be only 11 stories and feature 39 residences, numbered from 1 to 39, representing their uniqueness. Prices range from $4.65 million for a 2 bedroom to $50 million for the penthouse. Residences range from 1,691 to 6,391 square feet (or 158 to 594 square meters) of interior space, with many units featuring outdoor terraces. The building’s curated amenities will include pool, fitness center, IMAX Screening Room, automated on-site parking, and “Luxury Attache” concierge services, as well as security and technological innovations.
The project is being developed by The Related Group and exclusively marketed by Corcoran Sunshine and Core Group. For detailed info about Zaha Hadid New York Luxury Condo project, please contact Anthony Gueriero.
